The Netherlands – September 2026

Time to visit family and friends again.

We survived the trip over, but my solution to a first world problem is “find a better way than a trip that takes over 36 hours door to door” because it is exhausting.

I forget how I heard about a thing called BYOB – Bring Your Own Beamer (what they call projectors in Europe) – that was being held in den Hague (the Hague) in early September, but I am glad I did. I’ll save you clicking on that link (though you should) by explaining that it is

“a one-night-exhibition curated by different people around the world. The idea is simple:

–> Find a place
–> Invite many artists
–> Ask them to bring their projectors

My RavePlay creation was a hit. Despite my forever uncertainty, it never fails to engage and impress people. I want to embrace the BYOB spirit and put one on in Brisbane in early 2027…if you live in SE Qld and are a digital content creator get in touch.
